We are committed towards the growth of our society. We want to shape the students of class 9th to 12th as this is the very important years for a student to plan their career.
By all the researches that we conducted over the years, we realised major takeaways. Students from class 9th-12th are the most probable breed to make or break their career decisions. We therefore want to reach out to all the students in this range to create opportunities for them in the best possible way.
For similar reasons, we launched Student Charger program which is a CSR program to conduct some 2-3 hours of career planning sessions with detailed information about the industries. This way students get aware about the fields that they can empower. We also necessarily focus on improving their communication skills and language integrals. When you work with students of that age, you know you are giving in for their growth many fold times.
